Visited here for lunch with a friend and it was quite tasty! Dumplings were tasty, I would recommend asking for a side of chili crunch--goes really well with them. I ordered the special for the day which was a Bahn Mi sandwich. It was supposed to come on a baguette I think but they were going to have to refire a fresh batch which would've taken a bit longer so I opted for sourdough instead. It was delicious! I got it with a side of the cucumber and tomatoes instead of fries which was a nice fresh pairing. My friend got the chicken chopped salad and it was very light and refreshing. The service was very friendly, although it did take some time for the food to come out. Not terrible though!

Me and my boyfriend came here for prom and we enjoyed it! Our server was very sweet and always made sure to check up on us and we loved that! The restaurant was beautiful and it is very nice to take some dinner pictures at. It wasn't expensive as we thought (i think about $60 for the both of us). But we will say we weren't huge fan of the food there. Maybe because we aren't used to the flavor but we just weren't fan of anything. We felt like nothing had flavor. But we would go back for pictures.

Another Cameron Mitchell restaurant review! We opted for the Guild House because it was one of the only CM restaurants in Short North that we had yet to try. The menu has an emphasis on seafood, and lots of the ingredients are sourced locally with farms near Columbus. We had a reservation and were seated promptly when we arrived. Our server was awesome (I think her name was Jillian?) and she helped us navigate the menu and her gave recommendations for each section. We got espresso martinis and they were excellent. Theirs are made without cream liquor, which is how I like them. For entrees, I got the salmon and my wife got the agnolotti (think lobster ravioli). We also got a side of hasselback potatoes to share. My salmon was fresh and tasty, but could have used just a little more seasoning or perhaps a sauce on top to blend everything together. Overall, we enjoyed the Guild House and would recommend it.

Went to the guild house on a Thursday evening at 5:30. The hostess was quick although dealing with a troubling customer on the phone as we walked in. The waitress was very good. She explained the specials and got our appetizer and drink orders in just as happy hour was ending... she did not have to tell us that it was ending. That as great service. We had the scallops, halibut and oysters. All were plated to a tee and cooked beautifully. The ambiance is fine dining. Very elegant decor that makes you feel good. If you want o stay at the bar that area is quite lavish as well. Great time to be had. Dessert was the poppy cake. If you want a light but flavor popping sweet go for that one.

We had a reservation for brunch on graduation day (was in town for a conference) AND hit here on a food tour. Both experiences were amazing. Service is top notch but not overbearing and the design/decor in the restaurant was amazing. They had an amazing happy hour but unfortunately we did not get a chance to participate during our stay. Very cute little touches that make a big difference, like flowers on the table and feminine hygiene products in the restrooms were really thoughtful. Absolutely can see why they have as high a rating as they do and I would definitely come back!

I surprised my daughter with a trip to Columbus Ohio to attend a concert. I made reservations at the Guild House for breakfast. It was honestly one of my top breakfast experiences. First of all the restaurants stunning! Beautiful glass chandeliers hanging with amazing woodwork. This would be a great spot for a romantic dinner! On to breakfast..it was so tasty! The menu offer some unusual offerings. We decided to give them a try. We started with the juice which sounded so refreshing! This called carrot sunrise. It is a combination of green apple, ruby red grapefruit and ginger. It was just as refreshing as it sounds highly recommend starting with this! I ordered the smoked chicken hash and my daughter ordered the truffled eggs. The smoked chicken hash was outstanding- the combination of flavors was amazing. I loved this dish and highly recommend. My daughter's truffled eggs were outstanding as well. I recommend you be a little adventurous while dining here and try something new. I would love to have dinner here. Maybe another trip to Columbus Ohio!

Guild House is definitely a place for a classy dinner or night out. The wooden interiors and chandeliers created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. They also have a fully stocked bar with a wide selection of drinks. The Brussels sprouts were a good appetizer to start with. Slightly on the too-tender side but still very flavorful with pecans adding a nice flavor and texture to the dish. The scallops were cooked really well- very tender with a slight crust and subtle crunch from the veggies. I appreciated how it didn't feel too heavy at all and the mashed potatoes helped fill the portion. The lamb chops were very delightful. Super flavorful- the portion is a bit small since it's an appetizer but the fried rice paired with it helps to complement the dish. They had both Wagyu and filet steak - both were solid options as well if you are a meat lover. The filet came with a carrot and interesting looking block of mashed potatoes while the wagyu came with mushrooms and cheese. The pork dish was tender as well. The flavors were not as strong so it would be a milder, healthy option. Our server was very friendly but we sometimes had a hard time locating him. It was a fairly busy so it could be that he was doing other tasks. Since it's on short north, street parking or the parking garage nearby would be the best options!

So happy we came here for dinner! Be sure to make reservations because this place was super busy starting at 5pm on a weekend. Love the rustic classy atmosphere here. The furniture and decor were beautiful to be around. Staff and service is phenomenal. We felt well taken care of even when more and more people started arriving into the restaurant as things got busier. The sweet potato rolls appetizer may sound simple but it was so soft and the butter with the sweet roll was delicious. The sea bass was soft and sweet and paired really well with the broth. I wished I could just slurp the broth it came with alone. The poppy cake with the pistachio crunch was such a great bite combo. Can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous day for a brunch! Joining a couple of friends to celebrate one of their birthday. I've eaten here once before on Thanksgiving but never enjoyed their brunch, so I'm excited. Today we were celebrating a friends birthday. Two of us got the Truffles Eggs and the other got a Smoked Chicken Hash. Everyone loved what they had. The service was excellent. Such a great experience here tod
